Handmade

Handmade is a monthly magazine that offers craft inspiration to its readers with step-by-step instructions and technical illustrations. 

When I came on board, I suggested using more playful illustrations to add character to each project. I created illustrations that matched the craft and added them to the pages. Many readers noticed these changes and wrote in to say that they loved the new look. 

As we were a small team, I also offered my own craft ideas, modelled for some of the photos and helped in finding artists to highlight in our interview section.
